Проводили свадьбу в ресторане. Сказать что все было отлично- это ничего не сказать. Настолько мы (молодожёны) и все наши близкие были в восторге. Обслуживание супер. Официанты очень приятные, сервис просто высший. Во время торжества официанты очень быстро реагировали на все, алкоголь не стоял на столах, а все быстро наливали. Само расположение ресторана супер. Витражные окна придают ещё больше элегантности заведению. Администратор очень вежливый, все четко и грамотно нас рассказали и объясняли

В Краснодар ездим часто, так как тут живут родственники и раньше останавливались только в центре города. Но отель Four Points by Sheraton заставил нас влюбиться и останавливаться только тут. Доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал ресепшн, которые всегда помогут; чистые и просторные номера - сначала останавливались только в полулюксе, но один раз забронировали стандарт и он нас тоже не разочаровал, кровати прекрасно справляются со своей функцией - высыпаешься как никогда. Также в номерах всегда был холодильник, водичка и чайная станция. Единственное, что иногда нам приходилось спрашивать на ресепшн, чтобы у нас открывалось окно в номере на проветривание. Но так как это часть техники безопасности, относимся к этому с пониманием. На завтраке всегда есть то, мы очень с мужем очень любим кушать: скрэмбл, сосиски, выпечка, топпинги, хоть и просто, но тут это очень вкусно как дома. Также, что немало важно, на территории отеля есть бесплатная парковка и на ней всегда есть место. В общем, отель Sheraton Krasnodar каждый раз оставляет нас счастливыми от такого гостеприимного и комфортного пребывания. Спасибо вам!

Останавливались в отеле на пару дней, брали только один завтрак. Не знаю, как другим не понравился завтрак, но я считаю завтрак был супер (стандартный набор, плюс салат оливье, с-т с крабовыми палочками, красная рыба, свежие и вкусные овощи и фрукты в декабре, каши, яйца в любом виде, колбасы, сыры, блинчики, вафли, йогурты, булочки и т.д). По мне так отличный завтрак. Чистота в номере идеальная, воздух чистый, нет ни какой пыли. Очень удобная кровать и подушки. Постельное белье, полотенце в достаточном количестве и халаты тоже чистейшие. Ресторан при отеле есть (очень вкусно готовят). Жили в номере джуниор сьют, номер просторный, все необходимое в номере есть. Молодцы. Вежливый персонал.
