Провели неделю в йога-треккинг туре в этом отеле. Номера маленькие, но есть все необходимое (в т. ч. чайник и холодильник), сантехника хорошая, уборка каждый день, приветливый персонал. Завтрак скромный, но вкусный. И вообще еда в ресторане отеля на уровне. Из нашего номера был прекрасный вид на горы, НО изначально нас поселили в номер, где окна практически упирались в бетонный дом. За доплату нас пересилили в другой номер с красивым видом. Звукоизоляция очень плохая, слышно о чем говорят в соседнем номере. По соседству ведется небольшая стройка, от нее шумно. Русская баня понравилась, но стоимость по-моему неоправданно высокая. И в турецкой бане было холодно.

Забронировали свадьбу. Пришли еще 2 месяца назад. Свадьба в марте. Управляющая сказала "Да-да". Никакого залога ненужно,еще много времени. Мы потом приходили несколько раз с женихом. Пробовали меню, пытались обговорить организацию мероприятия, но управляющей все время не было на месте. Она просто не приходит туда... в итоге, наконец застали ее на работе уже 8 февраля. Обсуждаем меню. Я задаю вопросы, она толком не знает,как все это организовано, а потом говорит "Ой, вы знаете, а на вашу дату зал уже забронировали другие люди!" И все... т.е. нам не позвонили, с нами вообще никто не общался. Нас просто кинула эта женщина со свадьбой за 1,5 месяца до мероприятия. Я говорю, кому жаловаться на вас, а она говорит,что самая главная там и жаловаться некому. Может, кто подскажет, как связаться с владельцем этого отеля? Просто слов нет,как неприятно...
