Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, the courtyard was lovely with stunning views, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk clerk went above and beyond to help me find a great massage place, even calling them herself. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay for an additional night.

Personale giovane, forse troppo, gentile ma lento e con poca esperienza. Serviti dopo 40 minuti dall’ordine non portandoci forchette e coltello. Una pietanza se la sono dimenticata e quando è arrivata ho mangiato con la forchetta di mia moglie in quanto le posate non me le hanno portate. I piatti cucinati anche abbastanza bene ma senza sale. Delusione totale, peccato perchè il posto è molto bello.

Jasna chalet resort offre appartamenti dotati di tutto e curati nei minimi particolari. Arredi di design e letti comodi. Il nostro appartamento era il numero 3 adatto fino a 7 persone. L’hotel offre un bar, un ristorante e un gelataio. Il ristorante offre il seggiolone ma non un menù bambini. Bellissimo il lago di Jasna.

Stopped off for a snack and a drink. Staff were not interested at all in serving us. We asked for a menu and were told to fetch it ourselves. The drink order they got wrong. To be honest they clearly didn’t want us there. Disappointing. Don’t stop here go elsewhere.

I reserved the iglu for my wifes b-day and all i can say, that it was amazing. We had the 5 course menu and all of the courses were delicious. Starter octopus carpaccio chicken pate with konjak and a glas of rose was very opening. The mushroom and beef soup were full excelent and the octopus and viel main course was gigantic. Their homemade apple pie with vanila on the side was spot on and dont get me started on 3 huge nutella pancakes at the end. The waiter was very nice and joyful, which is very huge for us. And the cherry on top, being this a 5 course mean, being there 3 and a half hours, they validate parking, which is around 3€ per hour :) i highly recommend A+++++

First & last time there. Almost nobody, we sat at the table, nobody saw us, nobody. Passed 30 minutes and still nobody. We went inside to order, but there was still 10 minutes to wait. They will never see me again, also because there are plenty of better places in kranjska gora.

We have been there in a cold, rainy day. Even if it was quite late for a lunch, we have been served quickly and in a professional way. We had two excellent mushroom soups and we shared a tender, delicious sirloin. The waiter suggested us an oak aged Cabernet Sauvignon, which passed very well with the food. The fire crackled, the ambience was silent, it has been a real comfortable experience.

The place is very nice, modern and well kept. You can see that there is a lot of care and attention. The waiters are very kind, helpful and always smiling. Hold on to them, dear owners, because you are very lucky to have them!! The only thing I didn't like was the chips, but no big deal. The place is suggestive. I will definitely return with my family!!
