Wonderful hotel
Went to this hotel as I was camping but bad weather came. Booked for 1 night and changed that to 2 after an hour!
It's superb and delicious breakfasts are included.
I also loved the swimming pool! A real bonus.
It's close to bars and some shops too.
The staff here are fantastic!

Hotel is on the edge of Kranjska Gora, what makes this place peaceful and still close to the center. Staff is very kind, breakfast is rich and beds are comfortable. They have al kinds of saunas and cold pool, which is very useful after sport. Nice place and I will come again

Das Hotel liegt in eine herrlich Lage. Wir waren 2 Tage dort und waren zufrieden. Was das Essen angeht, es gibt eine ausreichende Auswahl, für jede was dabei. Ich muss leider doch ein Stern abziehen denn das Essen war super salzig . Und 3 Abende gab's immer die gleichen Suppen, wahrscheinlich ganz viel davon auf einmal gekocht und musste auch mal weg. Die Bedienung am Bar nicht ganz freundlich und die Preise sind schon ein bisschen übertrieben. Ein shoot Vodka ab 8 Euro ein Glas Wein kann auch hat auch ein stolzer Preis von 13/15 Euro .

The hotel itself was perfectly adequate for what we were expecting. Comfortable rooms, good choice of food, although could be hotter, a bar area for a slightly above average price for drinks in the resort area. The biggest let down was the children staying at the hotel. They were allowed to run, scream and chase eachother up the stairwell, along the corridors every night throughout the week. Despite there being a play area on the lower floor, they essentially had free reign of the entire hotel. After complaining on the 6th night of having no sleep, our room was at the top of the first flight of stairs, we were unable to move rooms as the hotel was full. There was also a ski school of teenagers staying at the hotel who ate at 7pm every night. It was suggested to us by the restaurant staff that perhaps we ought to come back later for our dinner as it was so busy. It felt as though we were in the minority of guests at the hotel who had to take a back seat. It transpires that we were staying during the Serbian school holidays. If only this was mentioned at the time of booking. Crystal Ski might want to take note for future customers wishing to book during January.

Maybe it was just a room and not all the hotel is so bad. In the room was missing bathrobe , also shower gel was for just one person then it was done. The chair in the room was broken Dinner and breakfast was ok. I went to the toilet in the lobby and all three were dirty. Location is good.

Unfortunately the hotel was a big disappointment . I am travelling worldwide a lot and a four star hotel should keep some standards. It is unacceptable that there is no kettle in the room with basic tea/coffee complimentary. The big suprise, which never happened to me, was a fee of 5 euro for using bathrobes placed in the room! The interiors are also not very appealing, giving the feeling of old place. The wall in our room was decorated with wallpaper which was torn. The staff is generally not friedly, except of two persons in the reception. The only advantage is perfect location, just next to the ski slopes.

Very nice hotel,nice and clean room, good breakfest, view from balcon is so nice. Stuff is very kindly. If you like to go and ski, you need 1 minut walking and to centrum maybe 5 minutes walking. We like it very much and we like to come back again.

if you look for a decent place close to ski resort, shops(basically if you dont have a car), this is a perfect place. We stayed for 5 nights with my family around Christmas for 5 nights. The staff is top, kind, attentive and courteous. Rooms are comfortable with nice view. Regarding the restaurant(we opted for half board), the dinner they gave a huge variety of meat , salad, vegetable and desert(I'm not a big fan of dinner buffet though) . After a long day at slopes, it was really decent, considering the price and value they provide. Overall Recommended place, if you are in Kranjska Gora.
