Eco Therma Village - Mineral Pool & Spa & All Inclusive

Does'nt worth 5 stars Both of my children had stomach pain and threw up (dont know if it was because of the pool or the food), but there is a photo of the peaches...and my childrens bathing suits were brown after the pool... Plus I was expecting more entertainment for children in a 5 stars hotel...

We had for a family vacation and had great time. The hotel was clean and the rooms with The frozen theme were great touch for the lids, which enjoyed them a lot. The staff were great and very helpful. The animation team was the best and we had lots of fun with them. All the different evenings made the stay full of fun without even the need to leave the resort. Overall have amazing time and the little ones told us next year we don’t even think to go somewhere else or for less than double the time. The water slides , the beach nearby …

Horribble amd dirty! The room we stayed in was really dirty. The stairs in the room were very dusty and the bathroom had mold in it. The beach on the other hand was really ok. Moving on we went bowling and the bowling alley was acceptable because the points were not counted by the mashine. Another aspect i would recommend checking is the vatican restaurant because we wnated to eat at a certain time and the waiters said that we can only eat there if we pay. The program of the restaurant or the kitchen was not written anywhere. If you go at the right time to the restaurant you can eat some really good food even tho there are not many options. Not to mention the dirty blankets that had blood stains on them.

After we have tried couple off places in BG we can really say that here was the best experience which we had until now as a family stay! This place has everything you need to relax: lovely sea side , kids pool with slides, olimpic pool , tenis and football grounds, spa and food made with care. The hotel has enough staff which is a must and this thing reflects in the cleanliness inside the rooms and inside the amenities. We had a Spider-Man decorated room for our children’s which they really loved! The music stops at 22:00pm and this gives you a good rest! Free parking and sea side seats which is a plus! We can only say thanks you to all the staff plus the Hotel manager for making our stay great! We definitely found our place in BG!

I booked a villa with two bathrooms and a living room, instead I received an apartment with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. When I asked for compensation, they told me that all they can do is give us the evening meal. I accepted so as not to spoil my vacation and that of the others. However, they wanted to charge me an evening meal! I got a mediocre apartment with a children's theme and only one bathroom. A mess of an apartment compared to the villa we had booked. I asked the receptionist why they listed the villa if they can't give it away, she answered that this is their marketing. In translation, take the villa because we're fooling you with an apartment and if you don't comment, we'll take even more money from you. Apartment: old and rickety furniture, drawn curtains, non-functioning safe, no place for towels considering that there were 7 people, beds like at 3 stars, no iron (but they still have 5 stars), no soap dispenser at shower, the hairdryer made noises like a broken Boeing, the bathroom battery was old and full of limestone, cleaning every 2 days, 1 bathroom for 7 people, only one row of pillows on some beds, you couldn't choose between a hard pillow and a soft pillow . The food, breakfast and dinner: mediocre, a 5-star hotel had canteen food and packaged sweets (biscuits, check and pastries, all were packaged). The staff is not very kind, they want to try but they still need training, especially the lifeguard at the spa, he is very stiff and nervous all the time. Spa: cold water in the large pool, few sunbeds for how big the hotel is. In the dry sauna, the door does not close well, plus the lifeguard will argue with you if you pour water on the coals. The wet sauna is a little warm, it does not have the temperature of a sauna. The bar on the 4th floor: it doesn't have many drinks, it only has a few, isn't it? 5 star hotel. Conclusion: it is a 3 and a bit hotel, it has nothing to look for in 5 stars.
