This is m 5th visit to Bonaire. Parially due to financial reasons, I decided to stay at a 3-star rating resort instead of 4-stars. I was hesistant to book at Eden Beach Resort Bonaire at first, because a couple of years ago, the ratings were not that great. But this time I just wanted to go to Bonaire again (skipped 2023, I have been there from 2019 till 2022) and couldn't afford the 4-star all-inclusive resort I have visited four times anymore. Surprise, Eden Beach Resort Bonaire didn't disappoint me at all! I just wanted 11 days without a schedule (in the Netherlands, everything is by schedule, even visiting family or friends). So I booked a ground floor sudio (no. 401) with a kitchen and breakfast. The studio is US $199,= a night and in my opinion, it is worth it. The studio is spacious (40m2/430 sqf) and clean. A/C is there (modern inverter type). The cleaningstaff is very friendly. I wish I could speak Spanish, so I could thank them or explain to them cleaning is not needed today (I wanted to watch a Formula 1 race from 08:00-11:00). In the studio there is a double bed with 4 large cousions and 2 smaller, but firmer ones. For me, the matrass was great, better than I have at home (Ikea, one of the more expensive ones). There is a large cupboard/closet for haning and stacking clothes for 2 persons. Another 4-drawer cupboard, some storage room under the TV, a shoerack for at least 8 pairs of shoes direct at the entrance. Also, there is a table with four chairs, a kitchen with 3 sets of accessories (plates, bowles, cuttlery) a 4 gasburner stove with (gas) oven. The stove didn't work matches provided but I suggest you bring a lighter), but after asking the (very friendly clerk, he speaks many languages) within 2 minutes, one of the staffmembers fixed (out of gas probably or closed off because of low season). Pots (one large and one smaller both with lids) and a fryingpan with spatula's are provided just like a toaster, watercooker and coffeemaker (classic filter one, filters are there). The fridge (quite loud) is I think about 1.6 meters (5 ft 2") but has a seperate freezer (with ice cubes already provided). The shower is basic, but clean. Hot water is lukewarm, but when it is 35 degrees C/95 F, I really didn't mind. There is a bottle of shampoo and conditioner and a bar of handsoap. A large mirror and a mirror for shaving (or contactlenses in my case) is there. Also a 220V type F outlet and 110V type A, where you can also plug in Type C, E, F but of course only at 110V. Modern AC adapters, automatically adapt between 100V and 240V (please make sure your device is capable of doing that). There are more outlets (both 220V and 110V) in the studio. "My" studio was just about 25 steps away from the pool and maybe 100 from the beach. But first you have to pass your front garden (lighted if needed) with enough seating space for 6, a table and plants. You can see the parking lot just behind the pool and you can also see the bar. I was there just 2
