Heating wasn’t working properly. The front desk tried fix it but didn’t work so they upgraded me to a different room. The original bathroom has a strong 渠味. Check in is supposed to be done though getting the PIN code via SMS but didn’t work with me until I had to call them twice. No front desk reception either but they are available on WhatsApp.

A lovely apartment, which is right in the square. Can be a little loud on a night but is to be expected when right in the centre of the city. Would recommend requesting the first floor if you struggle with walking as there is no lift. Overall a lovely stay.

Great location and easy check in. There was a bad smell in the bathroom but it was fine when we kept the bathroom door closed. The photos were a little deceiving. We thought our room was going to be bigger. Overall very happy with our stay.

This place was an amazing location, it was self check , they sent over codes to get in , luckily we were on first floor as there is a lot of stairs . Our room was perfect, very clean , comfy bed , kettle, tea and coffee facilities, fridge , it was so nice and warm . Location was central to everything you needed , 15 mins walk to Jewish quarters. I would definitely highly recommend this apartment. Can be noisy at night but we was out till early hrs so didn't affect out sleep .

Good location just meters from the main square where there are bars and restaurants and St Mary's basilica and shops all around. Air conditioning in the room as well as kettle and fridge. Breakfast was in a nearby hotel which was great. We were given code to get into main door and another code for key to our room all went perfectly and any query we had was answered right away. Great stay😁!

Ottimo alloggio con posizione ideale a pochi passi dalla piazza centrale. Vicino a tutti i locali, ristoranti, bar e attrazioni assolutamente perfetto per godersi la città a piedi. Unica pecca, il rumore a volte potrebbe non essere gradevole nelle ore notturne. Consigliatissimo!

Το ξενοδοχείο ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία! Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό, προσφέροντας άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από τη στιγμή της άφιξής μας. Τα δωμάτια ήταν άνετα, πεντακάθαρα και διακοσμημένα με γούστο, ενώ οι παροχές όπως το πολυτελές πρωινό και το χαλαρωτικό spa συνέβαλαν σε μια αξέχαστη εμπειρία. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, κοντά σε κεντρικά αξιοθέατα και εστιατόρια, χωρίς να χάνει την ηρεμία της. Το Wi-Fi λειτουργούσε άψογα, και η συνολική ατμόσφαιρα μας έκανε να αισθανόμαστε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε!
