Heating wasn’t working properly. The front desk tried fix it but didn’t work so they upgraded me to a different room. The original bathroom has a strong 渠味. Check in is supposed to be done though getting the PIN code via SMS but didn’t work with me until I had to call them twice. No front desk reception either but they are available on WhatsApp.

The beds were the comfiest things I’ve ever felt, so were the beds, the room was big enough for the two of us, everything was pleasantly clean, coffee and tea facilities at hand if need be! In central of the old town so easy to walk to everywhere! 100% recommend staying here!

Fantastic location and the arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room is spotlessly clean and the shower room is great, but the room is small for a couple. The bed is pushed against the wall with no space for us to walk round and the only furniture to sit on is the bed as there is no space for an additional chair or 2. In our opinion and compared to other places we have stayed at, this is more of a single occupancy room. Although the bed is comfy and we slept well, one if us has to sleep against the wall. We would definitely stay here again, but would request a different room.

Perfect location. Great size room and bathroom. Comfy bed and sofa bed. Only got 4 coffees and sugar no milk. 1 iron on first floor only. No luggage room its a 10 minute walk away to another Aparthotel. Get check in details via whats app at time of check in 3pm. We were on top floor not suitable for anyone with poor mobility as no lift. Stairs bend around and are wooded and some un even. Can be slippy. Cleaner didn't speak English so wasn't helpful but staff via whats app really helpful answered any questions we had.

Great communication, clear directions on how to get to the apartment. Room is small but very clean, comfortable. Very good location, pet friendly.
