This was our second stay this year at this great hotel in a quiet area, yet only a ten minute easy stroll to the old town square, five minutes from the Jewish quarter, two minutes to the Tram stop, and with a good selection of resteraunts, bars and shops close by.. The staff are so accomodating and helpful, and our thanks to Joanna at reception and Daryna in the bar who were always happy to help. Our room was comfortable, well equipped with a good shower and toilet ensure. There was no street noise at night, so a good sleep was guaranteed. Breakfast was extensive with a great selection of both hot and cold foods, cakes, pastries , tea , coffee, and juices. We rarely ate lunch as a good breakfast kept us going . The public areas are clean and well presented, feeling both secure and comfortable. We stayed for four nights, having booked direct with the hotel who provided great communications and very competitive prices. Check out was at 10 a.m. but we were allowed to store our luggage in a secure room and return for our 17.00 pick up and still able to use the bar, toilets etc. Great holidays start from a great hotel location, and this will be our go-to stop when visiting Krakow.
