This hotel is really great. I'm very satisfied. It's very quiet. The room is big. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The only hot food is scrambled eggs. Everything is great.

It's about a 5-minute walk from Krakow Central Station, and about a 10-minute walk from Krakow's Old Town, and other tourist attractions are within walking distance.
There's a convenience store just a 1-minute walk away. The building is old, as it's close to the Old Town. The staff are cheerful and friendly.
I also went to the Auschwitz Concentration Camp Museum and the Weliczka Salt Mine, so I would be using Krakow Central Station as a base for sightseeing, so it was important that the hotel was close to the station. I decided on this hotel because it was the best value for money.
It turned out to be a good choice.
By the way, there is no air conditioning or refrigerator. This is common in Europe.

Qualità e prezzo nella norma. Pulite le camere. Situato nella zona centrale di Cracovia vicino alla stazione dei treni. Colazione abbondante dolce salata. Hotel un po datato forse necessita di manutenzione. Molto gentili e disponibili.

Hotel deludente, ci è stata assegnata una stanza molto piccola al primo piano, l’affaccio era su una strada trafficata e molto illuminata, le tende oscuranti non erano sufficienti a schermare la luce durante la notte e bisognava tenere le finestre chiuse per attutire i rumori esterni. A causa di un materasso con le molle rotte siamo stati costretti a chiedere il cambio della stanza. Colazione discreta. Il punto di forza dell’albergo è la vicinanza al centro storico e a un centro commerciale da cui si può accedere alla stazione centrale. La camera non è dotata né di frigorifero, né di bollitore, né di aria condizionata ma solo di un piccolo ventilatore da tavolo.

La posizione é ottima. Necessita di essere ridipinto e di nuovi arredi. Ma sapendo che é un tre stelle accetti qualche disagio. La cosa grave é che per un dissidio tra l’albergo e la agenzia che mi ha prenotato la vacanza (che non conosco e non intendo approfondire) mi hanno impedito di entrare in stanza, se non pagando una cauzione, e alle mie proteste sono stati irremovibili. É stata una esperienza molto sgradevole e mi sono sentito trattato come un ladro.
