The room overlooking the square made the stay interesting as the view of the square was superb.
Easy access to Carrefour express marts, f&b outlet,etc.
Just that ride hailing car could not bring us into the square so we had to drag our suitcases about 50m from the hotel to check in.
Don't know if this helps: we asked our friendly desk staff (see the pic) for a cab upon checkout, and it came right in front of the hotel (in the square). But it was at 0530hrs!

Wonderful hotel along the main market square. Beautiful room overlooking the square, and breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious. Hotel also helped to arrange a airport transfer from Krakow Airport, which was done very quickly upon booking. Can't really ask for more; it was perfect!

Lovely hotel, great location just off the main square. Room was big with a great bathroom & shower but no tub. Staff on front desk were all really helpful and friendly. We had breakfast once but were underwhelmed: poor selection of bread, ham and sliced cheese that you put on a homemade burger. Plenty of other places on the square though Would recommend and will certainly return.

I had stayed here previously prior to Covid and loved everything about the hotel. Not this time. Front desk was unattended on numerous occasions and when it was manned the front desk staff were generally poorly trained and unhelpful. Breakfast was absolutely atrocious. Cleanliness less than wonderful both in the room and in the common areas. I don’t know if there has been a change in ownership since my original stay but clearly they don’t seem to care anymore. Suggest you stay elsewhere, I wish I had.

Adequate stay.
We had a perfectly adequate stay but the hotel is very tired in its decor and attention to detail. Breakfast service was surly. Coffee machine at breakfast did not work 2 of the 3 mornings. Lovely setting on the main square. Staff could have had so much more engagement with customers.
