I stayed at Hotel Senacki for 5 nights in early June and honestly? I loved it! Now, let’s set expectations straight—this is not a 5-star resort. So no, you won’t find an Olympic-sized pool to train for next gold medalist, or a gym that turns you into Mr. Universe. And breakfast isn’t the global buffet you might’ve had at the Raffles or Renaissance. But guess what? None of that matters. Why? Because this charming little hotel has something many luxury chains don’t—character and heart. First of all, the location is absolutely spot-on. You’re basically two skips away from Krakow’s main tourist attractions. I mean, even if you have the worst sense of direction, you’ll still find your way around! The rooms? Spotless, cosy, and super comfortable. And despite being a small hotel, the breakfast is surprisingly good—simple, fresh, and tasty. Not trying to impress you with 18 types of cheese, just solid morning fuel. Now, the real MVP here is the front desk staff. There’s always just one person on duty (I like to call them “the last one standing”). But let me tell you, that one person is like a walking, talking Wikipedia of Krakow. Need restaurant tips? Directions? Random facts about that building you saw earlier? They’ve got you. Now for the only downside—the toilet paper. Oh boy.
