Lovely room at a super central location just off the main square. Friendly staff. Only quibble was the lack of heating. Some days were sub zero temps outside so the room was cold in the mornings/evenings

Great little hotel near the main square and very central to many activities not more than a 10 min walk. Owners were lovely and very easy to check in. Beds were very comfy. As two female travellers felt very safe here. Would 100% stay here again.

Krakow visit We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the hotel was so central to everything and just off the main market square, they rooms were clean, comfy and had plenty of space. The staff were wonderful and arraged all the trips that we wanted to do. Will definitely be returning in the future as 4 days just wasn't long enough.

We stayed here as a grouo of 19. Lovely hotel, warm and clean. Just a few steps to the square and a 5 minute walk to castle. Perfect location for sightseeing. We did see a couple of negative comments re: showers, but this wasn't a problem when you fiddled with the tap. There are a few flights of stairs to get up to the apartments, but this wasn't a problem for us.

Fabulous central spot. Within walking distance of the old town, the castle, Jewish quarter. Noisy at night time but our room was on the front. Room had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Will definitely stay there again.

I had visited this hotel with a friend for my birthday. It was a fab location and it was very central. Easy access the Krakow's main sites. Upon our arrival, we were unable to gain entry as there was no one present to grant us access. We rang the buzzer multiple times but received no response. Fortunately, a delivery driver who was delivering to the property was able to let us in. When we reached the front desk, the receptionist could not locate our booking. After some time, we were eventually provided with a room. However, upon entering the room, we were dismayed to find a sign stating "Rent this room for only 10 Euros per hour." As two young females, this sign made us feel extremely unsafe, as this information had not been disclosed anywhere in the online listing. The shower in the room only provided hot water for around 5 minutes before turning cold. We had to request assistance to access the internet, and were informed that we would need to stand outside the room to gain a connection. The view from the bedroom overlooked a construction site, and we had to continuously ask for clean towels, and the floor did not appear clean. Overall, we would not recommend this accommodation.
