It was a wonderful experience. The decor was breathtaking, the staff spoke excellent English and were very welcoming. The location was perfect in the old town and there was a great restaurant attached to the hotel. It was great value for money.

Great location right near the Old Town, so some slight street noise at night—but totally worth it. The hotel was spotless with a classy interior, and the staff were lovely and welcoming. There were some lovely personal touches in the room too, which made it feel extra special. Breakfast was great—would definitely stay again!

The hotel is really beautiful, so clean and well designed. The staff are so attentive, we even got a free gift of an amaretto and a little biscuit which was a lovely touch. The hotel is the perfect location and well located for anything you want to do in krakow, whether that’s exploring the old town, the Jewish quarter or the centre. Bed was really comfy and room was the perfect size with a lovely view. If you book here you will not be disappointed, highly recommend.

The service at this hotel is impeccable! The breakfast is remarkable and a wonderful start to your day of touring Krakow. Housekeeping is better than the typical hotel anywhere in the world. We had an adjoining room with our adult children. The beds and rooms are very comfortable. There are not enough stars in the hospitality industry to give to the staff at the Balthazar Design Hotel!

Extremely rude staff. I stopped to use toilet and was turned away. The receptionist told me to go and use Costa coffee. WOULD NOT like to stay here! I love in Ireland and this would NEVER happen. You'd think I was homeless the way he looked at me.

Tive a grata surpresa de me hospedar neste hotel. Absolutamente incrível e nenhum ponto negativo a citar. Localização incrível e ao mesmo tempo silenciosa durante a noite, bela estrutura, todo reformado e com decoração de muito bom gosto (apesar de diferente do habitual). Staff incrível, todos os funcionários solícitos, educados. Café da manhã é um ponto a parte. Diferente do comum de hotéis com buffet, oferece um menu a la carte, enxuto, mas muito bem executado e com bons ingredientes. Hotel absolutamente recomendado, numa próxima visita sequer olharia outras opçoes.
