Good hotel close to the old town.
The bathroom on the top floor is a bit cramped

The lady at the reception was a bit cold. We do not know how rooms ordered via trip are allocated.

Very good hotel with excellent location to Old Town Kraków. Staff on Reception and around hotel are friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with information. Our room was lovely and spacious, nicely decorated and modern with a mini fridge and safe at no extra cost. Room was located on 3rd Floor overlooking entrance courtyard, so no noise from the streets below. Only downside in my opinion was the breakfast food, we thought that whilst it met the basic needs with choices of meats, cheeses, sweet and savoury, cereals, breads etc, that it didn’t always look or taste fresh. Some of the sweet options like the cakes felt a bit dry. The yoghurts and juices were also at room temperature, not chilled. All in all, I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it; location, experience, hotel room, staff, value for money - all very happy with it.

A beautiful hotel bed was very comfortable and warm .breakfast something for everyone. Close to the square good amenities nearby just a wonderful hotel and staff very helpful and friendly .had third floor room very nice room with tea and coffee.

We couldn't fault this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable and was well situated, a short walk to the market square and restaurants etc. The staff were friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you even down to making sure my wife had gluten free bread for breakfast.
