Wszędzie czyściutko i pachnąco a personel bardzo pomocny i bardzo uprzejmy.Korzystaliśmy również ze śniadań ,które oferowały coś dla nas i dla kilkuletnich dzieci. Podróżowaliśmy z pieskiem (za którego policzono nas dodatkowo 45 zł za dobę), ale za to parking był darmowy i dostępny bez problemu. W recepcji można kupić bilety ze zniżką na dodatkowe atrakcje. Hotel z domową, kameralną atmosferą.

Bardzo dobrze oceniam pobyt w Waszym Hotelu. Czyste pokoje, bardzo miła obsługa, oraz smaczne i świeże śniadania sprawiły, że czas spędzony u Was należał do udanych. Bardzo łatwy dojazd do różnych części miasta. Dużym plusem hotelu był darmowy parking tuż obok budynku.

We spent business in Kraków and stayed in that hotel. It was cosy and nice. They have some office space, quick Internet but what I remember the best is the breakfast which were excellent. As it's winter it's important it was warm. They have also parking places at site, it was very convenient.

do wyboru hotelu przekonała mnie cena i darmowy parking . Zależało mi na obiekcie w pobliżu Zakrzówka dobrze skomunikowanym z centrum miasta. Stosunkowo tani hotel ale spełnił moje oczekiwania. Najważniejsze, że było czysto i cicho. Panie sprzątające codziennie sprzątały pokój i wymieniały ręczniki a z recepcji można pożyczyć czajnik i żelazko. Skorzystałem również ze śniadań, które były smaczne i świeże.

Fajnie urządzone pokoje, przytulne i domowe :) najlepsza kawa z ekspresu o poranku i serdeczny personel. Blisko do tramwaju i Zakrzówka na pewno wrócę i będę polecać znajomym, bardzo dobrze było wszystko i nie było się do czego przyczepić

We visited Hotel Panorama for one night. We took a room with breakfast. There were comparable or cheaper options in Cracow but knowking how busy and loud the city center is during the weekend we looked for smth a bit off Old Town hoping for more quiet stay.. Unfortunately acoustic isolation in the hotel is practically non existent, and we were unlucky enough to be woken up few times by some partying ladies from a room down the corridor. The breakfast was ok for the price (in an option where it’s included in the price of the room - if it was paid separately it would be below expectations for the price). The plus was a very comfortable mattress. Room was also very clean, so was the bathroom, though water pressure in the shower was quite low, unless you like cold showers. Overally - as in the title. The price is a bit higher than other options but it doesn’t come with a quality upgrade. Staff though was very friendly and helpful.

Not bad for a couple night stay. Right next to the tram stop Lipinskiego so you can get to old town or anywhere else.

Bardzo polecam! Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, parking darmowy przy hotelu na wielki plus. Bardzo dobre i bogate śniadania, kawa z ekspresu bardzo dobra. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, Pani na recepcji wszystko nam wytłumaczyła. Kraków przepiękny. Na pewno jeszcze wrócę.
