The room is large and comfortable. The restaurant downstairs tastes good. The hotel is not far from the old town, which is convenient for travel. The front desk staff has good service. It is worth recommending

Boutique hotel with modern and spacious rooms, very well located 5 minutes from the historic centre of Krakow and next to the castle. It has a very pleasant and complete individual sauna.

We spent 2 nights in hotel 32 this weekend. The hotel is lovely, staff are polite and it’s very clean. The location is okay, approx 10-15 minute walk to the old town square (centre). The only thing I would say is that there’s construction all outside of the hotel and surrounding street, lots of Harris fencing and diggers. Not operational through the night though so not really an issue.

Fabulous , friendly hotel 5min walk from the river and 10 from the main square. The staff were helpful, the rooms were immaculate and the hotel is small enough to make it feel homely.

Hotel 32 in Krakow truly impressed me. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, and the amenities left nothing to be desired. I especially want to highlight the discretion and professionalism of the staff, who were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very varied and of high quality. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay – I can highly recommend this hotel.

This is a boutique hotel with 32 rooms. We arrived at 11am, we checked in and left our luggage with reception. Our room was ready at 3pm it was big and had a terrace, we loved the outdoor space. Very clean and everything we needed (bed not very comfortable but after walking 24000 steps we slept well). Breakfast was hit or miss 3 hot dishes eggs, beans. sausage or bacon. We always had to ask for for the dishes to be replenished, no eggs, no bread, no plates, young staff waited about until someone asked for food rather than checking what was needed. In saying this we got enough to do us. This hotel is about 8mins walk to sq and 3mins to river, we would recommend this hotel to others

Nice, small and clean hotel. Good space in the room, decent sized bathroom. Excellent service from staff. Peaceful area. Very nice pillows in the bed. Convenience shop straight across the street. Only a few minutes walk to Main Square. My only complaint is that the bed was rock hard, but I still managed to sleep well. Slightly poor water pressure in the shower. All in all a great hotel experience for a long weekend.

Very good location very quite for Krakow. Nice hotel very polite attentive staff. Fantastic food in the restaurant so good. Room we had was on the top floor and it was one of the quietest hotel rooms i have stayed in. very clean, comfortable bed nice bathroom. Good choice in my experience i will definitely be staying there again. Well done i loved it

Great hotel in a convenient location. My room was front facing onto the road with trams running along it. The car traffic was quiet but it took a bit for my brain to get used to the noise of the trams. The room was immaculately clean. Comfy bed and good bathroom. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. I needed guidance on renting an e-scooter and got talked through the process. It was so easy to get anywhere from the hotel, maybe 10 minutes walk to the castle in one direction and the main square in another direction. Nice cafes nearby for breakfast.
