Cold room, bad smell of sewer coming out of the shower tray, water from the shower tray that wouldn't go away, room never cleaned, they only make the bed, poor breakfast and old croissants and cakes from the previous days left over, every day less and less things at the breakfast buffet, no lift, they make you pay for double coffee, rude and unprofessional reception
