I don’t understand how they got 4-stars 😅
Location is very far away from the city, you gonna walk at least 10-15 minutes to outside, it’s very hard for you to get bolt or car cos the hotel is too inside. I’m a person that likes to walk and run so it’s not the big deal for me.
The washroom is the most frustrating part for me. It was too bad. The water pressure is low until you can’t even get a normal shower. And the water heater is not consistent, it give you 30 seconds of hot water and turn back to cold water for about 30 seconds, and it keeps take turns.
The breakfast is totally a joke. Don’t waste your time for the breakfast, just go grab something from 7-11 better.
The staffs are generally very friendly, the swimming pool is okay (but of course I won’t come back just for the pool). The rest, nothing special.
Will I come back? Not a chance. No, never, don’t waste the money here.

The place was good the views from the hotel is amazing but unfortunately the breakfast was very disappointing and would not recommend if you enjoy breakfast buffet at a hotel

We liked the hotel.
Minus, no breakfast. We needed it because we were with a child. (There is breakfast, but it is not specified what kind, it is coffee and a mini roll, that's all, I think)
There is a conveniently located restaurant nearby, but it is only open in the evening, delicious, we recommend it.
But otherwise it is ideal for a quiet rest and relaxation!

The hotel is very good in terms of cleanliness and friendly staff. However, it is about 2 km away from Ao Nang Beach in terms of location. You have to climb hills from time to time on the way. Considering the temperature, it is impossible to walk. Surrounding hotels offer shuttle buses to solve this problem, but it is a shame that this hotel does not have such a shuttle bus. Also, the water pressure in the showers is not sufficient. In general, we were satisfied with its other features other than the location.

All staff are friendly and very helpful, The room is ok , The view from the mountain view room is Fantastic! , But if you book room with pool access you might get disturbed by guests
