The receptionist during the day was not very helpful,had issues with my air conditioning and the hot water didnt really work , it's not 1 the best stays In Krabi, the only thing that I did like was the location but supposed for the price if you're staying 1 night then it won't be so bad I wouldn't stay any longer

The hotel is excellent. This is our second time staying here.
Pros: location, cleanliness, great staff, elevator, safe.
Cons: almost never hot water, clogged sink drains.
