My stay exceeded my expectations and truly lived up to the reputation of Banyan Tree. I would especially like to thank Zen at the front desk, Teya at the Spa, and Lek at the beach counter for making my experience even more perfect and memorable. I will definitely stay at Banyan Tree again on my next visit to Krabi.

The room was unexpectedly small. I understand that 129 square meters includes a swimming pool and a small garden, but a room that costs 4,000 per night should at least make people feel comfortable. The aisles in the room are narrow and the layout is very unreasonable. Because I have stayed in Banyan Tree in Kuala Lumpur and Yangshuo and was quite satisfied, I came here specifically for this brand. In comparison, the rooms in Banyan Tree Krabi do not have a sense of luxury, and the unreasonable layout of the room makes the stay completely uncomfortable. This is very bad and not recommended. The swimming pool in the room is only suitable for 5 or 6-year-old children to play in the water, and they have to wade through the water to get to the garden. This design is speechless.
