This hotel does not pull for four stars, the room stock is very old, the drain in the shower did not work properly, water constantly accumulated on the floor and it was impossible to get to the bathroom, the floor was always wet, all the plumbing was rusty and falling off, there is no hot water at all, only slightly warm, it is uncomfortable for a child to wash. We decided to celebrate the New Year in the restaurant at the hotel, paid a fixed amount for two adults  the program included food and alcohol, as a result, at the end of the evening we were given a bill for a bottle of wine that we did not order, and when we asked what is included in your program, the waitress very rudely answered that it was Juice, although a bottle of wine with a glass was drawn on the brochure. The waitresses behaved very rudely and raised their voices at us, forced us to pay the bill, in the end the issue was settled only at the reception. We have never encountered such an attitude from the staff. They did not even apologize. The breakfast is very meager! There was also an unpleasant moment with the towel, after cleaning the room they did not leave a single towel, we called the reception, they said ok the issue will be resolved, in the end they could not bring a towel for 3 hours, only after 4 calls to the reception they brought a towel not a white numbered one, but two towels for the pool, for the first time I see that a hotel does not have towels for guests 🤦♀️
