Very good service.

The provider is still advertising with false pictures, which has nothing to do with reality. Only the rooms are suitable. When we arrived on January 21st, the hotel had not even opened yet. The whole hotel is a construction site. After we were assigned a room, we had to change it again. The room had a strong smell of paint thinner and paint that you couldn't stand for more than 10 minutes. There was also masking tape everywhere. In the second room, where we stayed until the end, there were a whole series of problems. First, the door electronics were broken, then the air conditioning was connected incorrectly (room was under water), the water hose burst, shower water drained very badly, the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage for 3 days, and there was not always hot water. The WiFi was not always reliable either. At the beginning, we insisted on a thorough cleaning of the room. There was still construction dirt everywhere in the cupboards and shelves. The deluxe rooms all face the street, which is of course very noisy. Could only sleep with earplugs. During the 10 nights we were guests there was constant construction going on from morning to night. We would have liked to move to another accommodation but at that time all accommodation in and around Ao Nang was fully booked. The only positive thing was the comfortable bed and the friendly staff. The hotel simply opened way too early. Of course the guests were all very unhappy with the situation when they got there.

We arrived around 13:30 and thought we would check in already, but this was not possible because check-in was from 14:00. We were allowed to leave our backpack and do something for a while. Eventually we came back at 14:50 and were told that we had to wait another half hour and at 15:15 we had to wait another half hour. In the end it turned out that we could not enter the room, because the room was not finished yet. That is not so bad if we can possibly sit by the pool, because we specifically booked a hotel with a pool. But unfortunately this pool was not finished either. It was quite a construction site so not everything was clean. It was the first day that they were open, but I think it is better if you open when the construction is almost finished because first impressions are the most important. But I think that when the hotel is completely finished it is a very nice hotel and that you will definitely be in a good place in this hotel.
