The service staff in the restaurant are all lovely. Especially the restaurant manager, good service, very cute, take care of customers very well, reception men and driver. Very cute, good service, ready to help I am impressed, but I would like to deduct 1 star Because when booking the room, I wrote a request that I asked for a quiet room Which thinks that the hotel should see and arrange the room as requested, but when I really stayed On the first night, it was quite noisy because the room doesn't keep much sound. When someone playing in the water, they will hear the sound. But we are still ok Because the sound is not so loud that we can't sleep But when staying for the second night There are new customers who stay in the room above. That day, we went diving and when we came back in, quite shocked. because the noise is very loud. Running and playing in the room, smashing our feet. At first, we thought it would be late. He may not sleep at all. But when the time passed until 4-5 p.m. There were children running and climbing the balcony. smashing the door in front of the balcony loudly in the hotel. Which we felt starting to stand Unable Therefore went to show the staff He called the customer for you. Quiet for a while Until we were going to sleep, there was a running and playing in the room Almost all night But I think I can still bear it because it is still lighter than the sound of smashing the balcony door Until in the morning, I was shocked to wake up because a child climbed in front of the room. I feel very uncomfortable And have to wake up because of the extreme noise Both the sound of running on the room The sound of running in front of our room climbed in front of our room I felt uneasy at all, so I had gone to inform the staff. Which the reception lady (morning Shift) has received the matter But doesn't look very careful Not very careful what we have to know So we went to talk to the organizer. The restaurant, which he is very cute. He apologized to us And listen to what we said Until we felt good and impressed him But I want the hotel to pay attention to the customer's request a little Because when we stay The room is not full. Our favorite hotel to stay in Ao Nang thus far, everything was perfect. Gorgeous large corner room, beautiful views, super clean, all the toiletries included, lovely swimming pool, friendly staff, amazing buffet with lots of variety, sushi restaurant downstairs, spa in the hotel, a little gym. Excellent!

Thanks to Phu Pano for the great stay (6 nights): really enjoyed the pool and the room was very nice also ! The staff was really super kind, even for Thailand ! Good location, not far from the beach but still quiet and calm. Amazing view from the pool king view room ! Definitely would recommend staying here !

It’s a lovely hotel a little bit out the way but I like to walk so that was good. The gardens and pool are beautiful and looks on to the mountain stunning view. The room was very nice but not cleaned very well there were stains on the walls that would easily come off with a wipe. They say breakfast is included but it’s just a cup of coffee and a warm wrap. I never pay to have breakfast at hotels in Thailand as I never find it very good but this was automatically included in the price. One morning when I opened the wrap it was all mouldy. Breakfast and cleaning aside I would definitely stay here again.

I had a good experience at the Hotel. The staff is really nice. The construction is a bit outdated and you can see that the way is the resort was thought of didn't play out in reality (or perhaps after covid). They have all of the luxuries to be an up-star resort, that would probably be more expensive. But the current price doesn't allow for such a resort to flourish and doesn't attract those kind of people that want to make use/pay for the facilities. Therefore, renovation of these facilities is needed but not done. What is done, is done in a more economical manner. For example, the water filter at the second pool is a big machine that stands at the edge of the pool and makes a lot of noise. Also, breakfast is okay but doesn't fit the status that the resort pretents to have. I was at a $15,- hotel in Narathiwat last week that more availability of Thai food. Furthermore, I just had to call 3x times and walk to reception myself the fourth time to discover that my water cooker was working, while I though it wasn't. Also this equipment was old, so you had to flip it in a certain way to make it work. If somebody would have told me the first time, I wouldn't have had to spend so much time calling and going to the reception for it. Concluding: it looks nice but not as beautiful as on the pictures... service is okay, breakfast decent and the staff are nice. Overall, the resort fits the amount per night ($50). But it doesn't need to pretend to be more than it is.

Stayed the 3rd night of our trip here. Not many people staying at this hotel coupd be because of the location. Too inn, no closes amenities nearby. No shops nothing. After checking in, my husband and I just went back to ao nang town hang out till late at night and back to hotel to sleep. Food is average, doesn't go well with my gut. Sea View is good, walking distance to the beach. No grab comes there to pick u. Luckily we met a grab guy who shared his contact, so we arranged the airport transfer with him which only costed 450thb. Otherwise the hotel has taxi which is 1000thb. Tuktuk to ao nang was 500thb whereas grab is only 199thb. 😵💫 but no grab comes to that place to pick u. May not consider staying here the next time we come, because ao nang was too good to explore.

This is our 4th trip to Krabi and subsequently the 4th hotel that we have stayed at. Villa cha cha in a nutshell is everything you want in a resort for a family trip. We booked the beachfront suite and it was nice, spacious and comfortable! The service is overall good but, and this is a minor issue, the food takes time to be served in the restaurant, which basically means you can enjoy more cocktails in the happy hour :) It is a 15 mins drive away from Ao Nang beach but they have a free shuttle service every half hour. Another thing they can improve upon is having another masseuse at their spa. There is only one masseuse and sometimes the wait period is too long!

Still a good place to stay for a couple of days. Hotel are placed a little outside from Krabi Town, but there are a lot of restaurants around the Hotel. For now, a construction is going on. They are building a new reception, new Café and not to forget a new swimming pool. According to the manager they hope to be finish in November. We will be back at next year. We look forward to stay at the hotel and the new thing once again. According to manager, the hotel will have breakfast and buffet again, when renovation is finish. Note Hotel is SHA+ approved. A friend who has lived in Krabi for 30 years recommended The Greenry to me. I was considering booking on Riley Island and enjoy the beaches (at 2000 to 3000 Thai baht per night). That rins about 60 to 100 usd per night. So grateful I stayed her in Krabi Town. I have gone to Ao Nong beach 3 days in a row. The resturants are great along the beach. I can walk, bike or grab a (Rot Thaw) which is so cheap. The back of it has side seating and it is about 50-60 baht (about $1,50 usd) If you want to go alone than its more. I love this place. Nothing fancy but the owner Bang speaks English and they have a great staff. There is an elevator and stairs for their 4 floors. There is no iron or blow dryer. Bring your own. They do not serve breakfast but from what I can see, they must have before Covid. Have grace as these hotels get back on their feet. I paid 500 Thai baht per night. That's $15 per night. The rooms are a good size. There is lovely outdoor tropical seating/tables and chairs to sit under ceiling fans. It's worth it! This may be my regular place to stay. Lot's of highly rated restaruants and cafe's in walking distance. Very Covid safe and Sha approved!

We enjoyed our stay a lot and probably would have stayed two days even more, but unfortunately they were booked out. We also had a special request in our booking and they didn’t ignore it. In the room you have everything that you need - a fridge, TV and even a hairdryer. Most important part is the bed and we liked it a lot..I read before we went that some people found the bed very hard, but for us it was perfect and we had a very good sleep. WiFi worked great (watched Netflix without problems) and room was very clean - no strange stains on the sheets or anything like that. Also the location is ideal for Krabi town, because in front of the hotel there is a market where you can get food (rice with crispy chicken and salad) starting from 35 Baht and 7/11 is just next to the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
