I stayed in a suite room, which was spacious and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The room’s cleanliness and comfort were commendable, creating a relaxing environment for both work and leisure. Service The front desk team provided excellent service, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process. However, one area for improvement would be the elevator system, which required a keycard for access. With only one card provided, it occasionally posed challenges when coordinating with a roommate. Facilities The facilities were impressive overall. The pool was a standout feature, offering a clean and well-maintained space, which I’d rate 9/10. The gym, while functional, lacked standout features and could benefit from enhancements (6/10). The restaurant provided a satisfactory dining experience, with good food and attentive service, earning a 7.5/10. Location The hotel’s location is undoubtedly one of its strengths. It offers convenient access to transportation, dining, and nearby attractions, making it an excellent choice for those exploring the area or conducting business.

Food, particularly breakfast is good, but options for continental cuisine is not there. Stay. Rooms are big but run down. Service is provided but only when asked for. Location is excellent. Right next to kappad beach. Staff. Both in the reception desk & restaurant lack the necessary skills to tackle tourists. Require more training.
