Kpm Tripenta Hotel

Excellent property in the city of Calicut with proximity to all amenities including restaurants and the Bio park. Very friendly and helpful staff.

To the management of KPM Tripenta I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience my family and I had at your hotel during our recent stay from January 3rd to January 5th, 2025. We had booked a suite for two nights, checking out on the morning of January 5th. Prior to checking out on 4th, I made the full payment for the entire stay, including my daughter’s reservation for the night of January 4th, as I wanted to avoid any inconvenience for her during check-out. However, when she went to check out on the morning of January 5th, she was unnecessarily detained by the front desk staff due to an additional payment issue. This was both surprising and frustrating, as I had already settled the payment in full the day before. Upon further investigation, it seems the payment had not been properly processed, and an error had been made in charging the restaurant bill as room service. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the way this was handled was completely unacceptable. My daughter was kept waiting for over 30 minutes as the issue was being rectified, and the process required multiple iterations to resolve. Given that this was an entirely avoidable situation, I would like to express my disappointment with the lack of efficiency and communication during this process. The delay in resolving the matter significantly impacted our experience, and I hope you can understand the inconvenience caused, especially with travel plans that were already in motion. I trust you will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that such errors do not occur in the future. It would also be appreciated if you could offer an apology for the unnecessary stress and time lost during my daughter’s check-out. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Had great experience. All the amenities are very good offered by make my trip. And feel very great service from the hotel people in all the areas, like room service person to manager level. All r so much sophisticated and friendly. Also the food is very good n keep the quality very well n also the restaurant service. Thank u very much to make my trip and too the hotel k pm tripenta hotel.

Nice stay with tripenta, staffs were really good. In restaurant breakfast was awesome and pool is small but it's okay for kids.
