All of sudden at Calicut we heared about this location and decided to stay there.location is very nice.one hour away from Calicut.food is ok.complimently breakfast is also good.staff is very helpful.we reach at 10pm.they took 1000 ₹ for extra bed.At 11 pm we asked for packed mineral water bottles but they can’t provide it.

Room landline is not working. Informed this to the concerned many times but issue is not yet resolved. Due to this unable to request for a bottle of water also to the room. Pool is under maintenance and this facility is not available as described in the facilities before booking. Breakfast didn't had lesser choices of cuisines.

The stay was altogether a bad experience. The staff is was utterly poor right from the start. They dint have the courtesy to pick up our luggage. Secondly the room door was stuck and couldn’t open. We stayed outside the door for 10-15 mins. The whole hotel is poorly maintained. The gym and pool was in a bad condition. They dint provide good toiletries in the room also. The bath towel and bedsheets were not clean. I had reviewed my previous stay also. Which was absolutely great. But dint get any discounts from your side. Im a loyal customer of mmt
