The best destination “home away from home.” The staff are warm and hospitable. Perfect rooms and excellent service provision. I would recommend it anytime. It is also a nice holiday homes as the facility provides a good family home. Keep it up

They are good but can improve. I know that everyone talks in the comments about how amazing their experience was, however, I want to share my opinion because it is different, I know that William is very good and he does everything possible to do the best he can with his team and with this wonderful place, however, I think that for everyone to hear the feedback that is sometimes not positive helps us more and allows us to really improve and grow, for example There are things so simple, like preparing a lemonade where you can see if they leave all the seeds of the lemon meaning that they squeeze it with their hands, or for example having a printed menu to be able to read it, and in my very personal opinion, I had a very bad experience with the Guide that I had (Manfred) because he did most of the time what he wanted, and in fact I was taking a video of a leopard that was very difficult to find, it was our last day at sunset, and as a companion from another vehicle asked him to move, he moved in the middle of my video, then I was taking as I was getting on the leopard and I lost him, because this man listened to another companion, when I had asked him not to. I didn't listen to him... the bad thing wasn't that but that he lied and said that they were going to report him because the Leopard Hill car couldn't be in someone else's photo and that she had approached him in her car afterwards to threaten him and tell him that she was going to report him, when in truth I knew that he was almost laughing in my face and I don't understand how he could believe that his story was credible to me, it was a very bad experience and it wasn't just one day it was 3 days with him, that he had the same attitude of doing what he wanted, I reported both guides (the other Kiche guide too) but what surprised me was the attitude that both the leader of the Kiche guides and the leader of the SaruniLeopard Hill guides had, both wanted to minimize the situation, in fact the leader of the guides took us to the airfield and didn't mention anything about the situation that you had experienced a day before, it seemed that they didn't want to give much attention to what had happened and above all they asked me, please don't you stay with that bad impression because it doesn't help tourism and they wanted to minimize those of the other lodge, something that for me was so annoying given that I am going to see the animals and I am paying to also receive fair treatment, William changed the guide and said that he would communicate the situation to his direct boss, additionally while we were at the Lodge we were at the same time with another family of 11 people to whom they really dedicated a lot of their attention to make them feel super good, they offered them more things than to us, and there was also a couple, who I later found out were unknown artists, but who treated them super well anyway, they put on an incredible show for them, nothing to do with how they had done the previous

Staff are so friendly and accommodating! Our guide, Nash, was so good and told us everything there was to know about the animals and answered every question we had! Food is great and every meal is different! If you want to eat breakfast out in the bush/savannah? No problem. If you want to do a walking safari? No problem. If you want something to drink or eat? No problem. They really help you with everything and sort everything out for you, even your further travels! Really recommended and hopefully one day I will be back to experience the beautiful Naboisho conservancy. Best regards, Jo and Phillip!

We had absolutely the best four days of our lives here. It is impossible to discribe this experience in words, everything was just out of this world. To start with the warm welcome of the lovely staff, the hospitality and kindness towards us really touched us. The rooms are situated nicely in the area, close to each other but every tent having its own privacy. The views from each tent are stunningly beautiful. We could see giraffes passing us only a few meters away from our terasse. Food and drinks were of high quality and really nicely served, the staff always making sure that we were happy with everything. The gamedrives were amazing! We had the lovely Nash as our driver and she took us to just the right places to see everything possible: lionesses with babies, elephants, giraffes, a male lion, thousands of antilopes and buffalos, zeebras drinking, tens of hippos in the water and even the best of all - a leopard with babies. What surprised us most was how close the animals came to us and how few cars there were at this area. Nash was truly a professional in knowing how the animals behave. Furthermore, her calmness reguralry allowed the animals to walk only a few meters away from us. A surprise bush breakfast was also something so special. And the sundowners with drinks and nibbles, absolutely lovely. What an experience! Our stay was crowned with a special birthday party one evening as three of our familymembers had their birthday during our stay. All of the staff came dancing and singing around us in the diningroom, dressed in the traditional costumes and brought us birthdaycakes with sparklers and our names written on them, giving lovely heartwarming speeches. This really touched and warmed our hearts and we will never forget the love we shared at this place that evening. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.

Wow, we came to Leopard Hill as part of our honeymoon in September. It was always a trip we had wanted to do but this place was better than we could have ever imagined! We had the honeymoon tent which was incredible with amazing views and our guide was Solomon. Solomon was amazing! We saw sooo much and he was so knowledgeable and nothing was too much. We had sun downers every evening and one evening the staff bought the bar and nibbles our into the bush as a surprise. It was an experience we will never forget and made our honeymoon even more special. The staff at Leopard hill were also incredible, amazing service and they all went out of their way for us. Special thanks to Ivy who was always so friendly and chatty and the chef who's food was amazing. I could not recommend staying here enough it was an amazing experience we will never forget and we will be back!!

We have really enjoyed our stay at Leopard hill. It was great service and food, and the views from the tent was amazing. Our driver John was great showing us all the animals and giving insight about them. Would absolutely recommend this place and driver!

We had an excellent stay at Leopard Hill—from the above-and-beyond service, delicious food, beautiful surroundings, well-appointed “glamping” accommodations and knowledgeable guide. The smaller camp made the experience feel exclusive and the team could not have done more to make us feel welcome—from a private dinner on the deck of our yurt to a very special breakfast on safari. The animals are of course the highlight, and our guide made sure we got up close and saw everything on our “must see lists.”

We had the best time at Leopard Hill. The staff was so attentive and welcoming, the food was top-shelf and our safari was equally exciting and informative. We celebrated a birthday and the whole team joined in the celebration. Would love to return to our new home.

The camp is based in the midst of nature, it is a gem of a place. Tents are so comfortable, you can gaze at the stars whilst being in bed thanks to a motorized tent roof just incredible. The food is stunning, the chef definitely puts his passion in the food. The staff is so welcoming, friendly and caring, you feel even better than at home! The safaris are grand , so many magestical animals to see and the views are incredible! Our guide Salomon was absolutely awesome and so savvy about the animals! It’s with a heart full of amazing memories that we go home ( and sad to leave but we will be back!)
