The hotel is 200 meters from the beach. And a nice stay at a valuable cost. Worth the money paid. Cocoland employees were friendly to approach. Bathroom tubs were needed to maintain well but the rest is okay in stay. Done.

Hotel was good, particular balcony with sitting area was nice, lonely planet hotel food is delicious, hotel is walkable distance to beach. Only problem we faced was with hot water, but that was also provided by hotel management in few mins and they don't have car parking, they suggested to go for paid parking at the end hotel person only paid. So overall it's good experience.

It was a great stay at this property. The room category that we had selected was quite spacious, clean and well furnished. As far as the location is concerned, this resort is just 2 minutes from the beach (by walking. One thing that i would like to mention is that there's no fooding in this property but attached to it is an amazing veg restaurant serving all kinds of delicacies.

The owner is very accommodating and helpful. He was readily available for any help we needed. It was raining heavily and we were stick at a dinner place near the beach, the hotel guy called us and came to pick us up with na additional umbrella. He granted us permission for late checkout. Strongly recommended for budget stays.

The host was very welcoming and helpful and the team assisted us in anything that we asked for which was a welcome experience among-st budget hotels. The last stretch near the hotel one needs to walk and vehicles won't ply through. Still the proximity to the beach is a good experience and it's a calm location with trees and good balcony big room and big bathroom.

The location of the hotel was great, it was very close to the beach. The owner's behaviour was also very good, he helped us to plan our trip further as well.

Overall experience is great. All aminities are available. Very close to beach. Rooms are specious with big balcony. Nice environment

Stay everything was fine. But car parking is not available. No food facilities. No beach view. Clean room and clean bathroom.
