The hotel exceeded expectations with its exceptional service and prime location. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, offering a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist with any requests. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, catering to different tastes. The rooftop pool and bar provided stunning views, making it a perfect spot to relax. Proximity to local attractions made sightseeing convenient, while the nearby public transportation options were a bonus. However, the noise from the street was noticeable at night, and the wi-fi could have been more reliable. Overall, it was a great experience, and i would recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers.

Got a unclean room when i first checked in the first day of the hotel stay. As soon as i informed the reception, they provided us with a nice room. Friendly and considerate staffs. Definitely would recommend.

I was dissatisfied with the stay as there was no electricity in the room in the middle of the night. The wifi in that room was non existent, the a/c was not working- for both these items i informed the front desk. In the morning it was not possible to use the washroom without lighting. On complaining at the front desk the different attendant was able to provide a new room which didn’t have any of the a/c or wifi issues. I wish the attendant at checkin was more helpful
