First of all the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. Upon entering my room, i immediately noticed a musty odor, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The bed sheets appeared to be poorly washed and had stains on them. The bathroom was also in a rather unsanitary condition, with mildew in the corners and a lingering unpleasant smell. Secondly, the customer service was highly lacking. The staff at the front desk seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Whenever i approached them with a query or a concern, they appeared dismissive and unresponsive. There were instances when my requests for basic amenities, such as extra towels or toiletries, were completely ignored. Furthermore, the facilities and amenities offered by the hotel were not up to par. Lastly, the smell and smoke from the kitchen within the room were excessive, leading to a highly disruptive and unpleasant stay. Overall, my experience at hotel annapurna in kottayam was highly disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, unhelpful staff, inadequate facilities, and excessive kitchen smoke levels greatly impacted my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travellers, as there are certainly better options available in kottayam that offer superior comfort and service. Thank you for listening and taking feedback.
