The worst experience which I had with hostels is related to Centrum Hostel in Kotor. I booked a room at 13 euro per night, non-refundable, for one person/bed in 8 bed mixed dormitory room. I followed all booking steps until the last one (payment), where the price was still 13 euro. I introduced my credit card details and after the payment was done I was informed that the price was 19.80, not 13. Of course I contacted the hostel to give me back the difference but they showed an ignorant attitude to cover this hoax. Please pay attention to such kind of cheaters if you wish not to destroy your holidays in the beautiful town of Kotor. There are so many other options than Centrum in Kotor and its proximity, you do not have to stay in their place.
