Panoramic Sunset

Are you a lover of seaside resorts with tourist shops, restaurants lined up one after the other and the beach just a few steps from the hotel?! Alas, Studios Vrionis Panoramic Sunset is not for you!! The property is located along the road that leads from Assos to Fiskardo, offers rooms and studios with kitchenette, 12 in total. It has a garden and a beautiful swimming pool facing West, in front of which you have the Rock of Assos in the foreground and in the background the white cliffs next to Fteri beach. Clean and well-kept structure, for those who wish it also offers breakfast by the pool at a cost of €10.00 per person per day, we did not use it, preferring to have breakfast on the balcony, equipped with a small table. Two restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance. You must be careful when choosing the studios, the best are the three on the first floor with balconies overlooking the sea from which you can enjoy a superb panorama with splendid sunsets, those on the ground floor, overlooking the garden are not so interesting, avoid the two exposed rooms to the East with windows overlooking the street. Kefalonia is an island to discover, the rental car is essential and from here the daily excursions are splendid; the structure is equipped with parking spaces and returning in the evening after a day spent on one of the island's countless beaches is a real pleasure enlivened by a swim in the pool! Highly recommended!

We stayed on this property for five days! Apart from the fact that it is advertised as having a great view but they don't tell you that it is partly on a very busy road, so I'll let you imagine the immense tranquility! Then the swimming pool was beautiful, but freezing, in a place where it's always windy, it wasn't exactly the best! A structure which however is still undergoing renovation and has some parts to finish, which obviously are not shown in the online photos, but which are ugly to look at, is right in front of the swimming pool! The rooms are very beautiful in the photos but then the extractor fan in the Czech bathroom doesn't extract anything! The kitchen is nothing short of a century ago with an unusable oven, unless you risk your life, a very old and noisy fridge, moreover being in the room where you sleep! There is Wi-Fi, but it doesn't work except in the pool as always! But then the worst thing is the owner: grumpy and not at all helpful with customers, after all, he charges quite a bit compared to the average prices on the island! For example: we kindly ask to be able to extend the check out by just one hour, having a small child, and what does he do: he categorically refuses saying that he has other reservations and absolutely cannot delay the cleaning!! Too bad that the check in of the rooms is over 5 HOURS LATER! To clean a 10 square meter room I think I can do it! And what's more, via message, he threatens us that in case of delay in checking out we would incur a large surcharge!!! Absurd!

Superbe vue, lits confortables, piscine agréable. Dommage que la climatisation n'ait pas fonctionné. Dommage que le personnel ne puisse pas mieux communiquer avec les clients.
