Got same room like in this picture. So far everything is well. Clean, complete facilities and got qiblat label for pray but not all the lights is working. Need to be careful if bring your children because the furniture mostly from glass and the parking area is not free.

Excellent location with many shops around. The busiest mall, Imago shopping mall is just a 10-minute walk. The hotel is equipped with a shared kitchen, washer and dryer. The room is clean. Check-in and out is easy with the instructions given.

DeGalleria was ideal for what I needed as a solo traveller. The room was very clean, lovely staff, good airconditioning and excellent wifi. Fantastic location. Only downside was no hot water and no window in the room.

1. I chose the hotel for a business trip via *********** as the budget allowed was quite low. The hotel received a quite high rating on the platform. 2. The rate was around RM200 per night, which was amazing considering it was a school holiday season. All other branded or chain hotels had a rate reaching RM700 to RM1k, which was atrocious but they were all 4-star and 5-star. 3. The hotel is located very close to the city centre. The landmark is Plaza Shell, which is the opposite of a roundabout. 4. The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. There are many eateries and shops around the vicinity, which helps if you don’t have any private transportation. 5. I checked in around 3:30 PM, right after landing in KK. The hotel staff helped me find a parking spot at the roadside. There are no dedicated parking spots at the hotel. Parking is at the roadside, and you are subjected to the parking rate by the municipality (KK City Hall). 6. I learned this the hard way — via a parking fine. It would be great if the hotel staff informed me about this. 7. The check-in process was smooth. I was given a room on the 4th floor. The trees block the view of the city. If you want the city view, you need to request a higher floor (8th floor and above). I was glad I didn’t request for a higher floor. More about it below. 8. The staff were friendly. They greeted me with smiles everywhere which made me feel welcome. 9. There are a couple of elevators. Only one lift required card access. This was a security issue. 10. The lobby was small but clean. The lift lobby is a few steps higher. The AC vent produced condensation, forcing the hotel staff to put a rag and wet floor signage most of the time I stayed there. 11. The room was quite small but beautiful. Spaces were utilised efficiently. There was no centralised AC, only a split unit, but it was powerful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The colour scheme used green and goldish brown, resembling Four Points by Sheraton Chinatown KL. 12. The bathroom was small, but the amenities were quite good and paraben-free. I noticed that the shower area was mouldy. I told the reception about it, and Housekeeping scrubbed the bathroom clean. 13. The TV has all the local TV channels plus a few cable channels. It is a smart TV, but the response is slow. 14. Breakfast is at the hotel’s restaurant on Level 1. Due to the small space, there were two sections of the restaurant. However, the kitchen and buffet line is only on one side. You have to present your breakfast buffet coupon to have your meals. 15. The buffet spread did not offer many choices, but the foods were made fresh. The staff was around 5-6 people each time, and they were active and busy ensuring the tables were clean and food and cutlery were replenished. They used Sabah tea, a local product. There was no juice, only cordials. 16. On days 2 to 4 of my stay, one of the lifts broke down. This significantly increased waiting time, especially during breakfast. I

It was very nice. Kind and clean. Good price. Right next to Imago Mall. As soon as I got off the grab, I couldn't see it, so I showed the address to the guard who was sitting at the desk. He kindly drove up to the elevator and took me to the first floor of the reception. I was a little disappointed by the sound of the airplane. The other thing is so satisfying.
