Room is good and comfy. Location is good. Next to seafood paradise and shopping malls. Staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Staying here for my birthday celebration with my little one and my husband, it was such and delightful experince spend the night there

It was a wonderful place to stay with a family of 5. The place is nice and and clean. Bed is comfortable. Host also helpful and they allow us to check in 4 hrs earlier from the normal check in time. This is the first apartment that offers such a good service. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. May your business blooming. 🎊

Chose this because the hotel facilities and rooms are quite new and it’s located near to city centre with walking distance to gaya street. There are many restaurants nearby. The staffs are friendly and nice. Only issue was one of the 2 lifts was broke down and we had to wait for some time to take the lift.

Our stay would have been much more comfortable if there were no red ants in the room. What's disappointing was the reception claimed that we brought the ants with us simply because we had brought fruits when in fact the ants were discovered upon us checking in as I saw a few on my bed when I placed my bag on it. They refused to allow us to change room because of the high occupancy. The hotel should have been more diligent in their housekeeping instead of accusing us and then supplying us with a can of spray to remedy the situation which the reception thought could fix the problem but ending up stinking the entire room for the whole evening. That created another problem since the windows couldn't be opened so we had to bear with the aerosol stench throughout the night.

The house internal is superb: clean, everything is functional & provided (washer, dryer, water heater, A/C, utensils, hair dryer). The instructions given are clear too. Finding place is not that difficult. Except for heavy traffic to get to the entrance - so pls avoid peak hours… We stayed here on our way back to KL from Kota Kinabalu (KKIA airport). Photo below was my photo with Kinabalu Mountain on the background. It is about 2.5hours drive from this place.

The room is super clean and the location is strategic. The staff also very nice. They give us a free luggage tag when we were check out. Thank u so much !

Our stay at Sutera Bay by Pinstay + was extremely pleasant. The atmosphere, view and cleanliness were at a high level. It would be nice if there was soap at the sink in the bathroom so guests might use it after coming in from the street. All the workers were very friendly, but we would particularly like to mention the receptionist Lin who was exceedingly professional and friendly, she got out of the way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you for your service.

Hotel is well-located.  Staff were welcoming and helpful in every interaction. Plenty of food, markets, malls within walking distance.  Bed was comfortable and the room clean, although the air conditioner fan was a bit noisy.  It is puzzling why many of the hotels in KK, including the Promenade, carpet their rooms when the environment is so humid.  Nice view of the ocean with beautiful sunset views.  Compliments to the bakers who made delicious bread and pastries for breakfast!  They were far above average for hotels in Malaysia.  Access to the pool was a bit awkward as the hotel was undergoing renovations and  required passing through a dank hallway and down several flights of stairs and then walking alongside the kitchen's outdoor grilling area.  More loungers are needed poolside.  The hotel gym was not available as it was part of ongoing renovations which were underway in various parts of this large hotel.  I did not hear construction noise during my stay while in the room.

Good hotel.Jotel been well upgraded. Look new. Reception frarah excellant. Meet director of room Bernard, amazing guy and wealth of knowledge, humble and good public relation. Room 830 only issue was TV all the channel need to adjust or fix screen not clear (running line).Young Bell boy with spetical amazing(selfie photo) . Good knowledge on local area.. I love your rain shower wonderfully cold water shower the best among other hotels. Did not have any photos A I am return guest. See you soon.
