酒店地址適合citywalk，看日落可以打車去海灘，酒店裡看得比較有限，grab都很方便，而且亞庇人很友好

I left a charger in the room and forgot to pick it up. I called the service staff to ask if they had found it. They said they would help check it out. An hour passed and there was no response. The service attitude was not good either.

The location is excellent, very close to the graffiti wall check-in spot and the pier, making it convenient for eating and shopping. The room's balcony was a nice touch, and the infinity pool was stunning for watching the sunset, though it was also crowded with people taking photos. I wasn't particularly fond of the breakfast; it wasn't very varied. There are a few à la carte items that you absolutely must order, otherwise it feels like there's nothing to eat. It would have been nice to eat out after breakfast.

The room facilities are comparable to those of domestic three-star or near-four-star hotels. However, the service is questionable. The check-in policy is 3:00 AM, and even a minute earlier isn't acceptable. I had to leave my luggage and walk around. I returned at my scheduled time. I forgot something at the hotel and called five times, but they always said they'd contact me by email. I was in a hurry to leave, so I told the front desk, but they still gave me the same response. There's no room cleaning and item registration policy, which is significantly worse than even domestic four-star hotels. If you stay, be sure to check your belongings before leaving.
