This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel.
The cleanliness was acceptable, but the room wasn't very comfortable to sleep in.
The worst part was, they insisted on paying the Malaysian Tourism Tax again when we left, even though we repeatedly emphasized that we had already paid it with our booking.
We ended up having to pay again before we could leave.

The location is remote, there are few Chinese restaurants around, and it is not very convenient to travel. There are no windows on the entire floor, and there are no windows in the room. There is no ventilation and poor lighting. It is very stuffy and has a slight odor. Breakfast cannot be self-service, and free snacks and tea are not provided. You cannot eat after the time. Because you get up late, you don’t have breakfast every day. The room price is very uneconomical, and it will increase on weekends. A space capsule costs more than 100 yuan a day. During the days I was there, there were very few people staying, and there was not much of a shared youth hostel atmosphere.

The hotel had some really nice amenities. Everything is keycard locked, even the pods. There were lockers in the rooms, even downstairs. The bathrooms were nice as well because cubicles had both toilet and shower, even a sink. I had breakfast the next day. My only inconvenience was its location. I arrived late and there were no establishments around that was still open except for one small store, where the guy looking after it was also aggressive and creepy. Other than that, safe neighborhood because there were security guards at the nearby establishments.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in overseas in my life, bar none! A front desk staff member on duty that day whose name starts with JSK received me (he was the only one who could speak a little Chinese). After I paid the relevant fees with the MAST card, I entered the room. Later I found out that the payment There was no credit card invoice, so I immediately went to the front desk to confirm the invoice with the JSK staff. Unexpectedly, the staff stared at me with fierce eyes and said: "Here you go." I said, "I'll look through the small bag to confirm. No," he said with a fierce attitude: We have surveillance. If the surveillance certificate is transferred to you, what will you say? "I replied: "You can adjust it. If the certificate is indeed given to me, can I apologize to you? He said: "Is it that simple to apologize?" "After that, he probably felt too guilty to adjust the monitoring, and then threatened me and said, "Are you trying to cause trouble? ..... Everyone, think about it: I am alone abroad, how can I cause trouble? Secondly, I just said that the invoice was not given to me, so I can make it up if I can, even a copy. How can I do something in a foreign country for an invoice? In the end, I had no choice but to leave patiently. As the saying goes: A strong dragon cannot defeat a ***, not to mention that I am not a strong dragon. Moreover, there are many indigenous people in Malaysia who believe in Islam, so I was a little worried when I went there. Moreover, he said arrogantly: "This hotel belongs to me, I have the final say..." This tone is so powerful. I believe he has the ability to open a hotel, and he should have a backstage or background, but this is nothing more than a black hotel. I don’t know if other tourists dare to try it. I hope my personal experience can give people who want to go to this hotel The travel companion in the hotel can do a little bit of authentication, it will only be beneficial and harmless, right?

Note: This store will "deliberately" charge a tourist tax (this does not happen in other stores). If no evidence is found, it will charge a tourist tax (RM10 per day). Fortunately, I found the paid tax sent to me by the ordering website. Only after passing the tourist tax "invoice" can you get back the excess tourist tax!
