Honestly, it was better than being at the resort.
The location was perfect.
If you're looking for places to visit, most everything is within walking distance.
The only exception, which may vary depending on the room, was a clogged faucet that kept the water from draining.

The location was very convenient, with the Sunday Market and Suria Sabah within walking distance and a reasonable spa nearby. The only downside is that the bathroom is old and the shower drains poorly, but the staff were friendly and it was fine if you were just going out for activities during the day and just sleeping.
