The room was spacious and in a great location, convenient to many places, such as Jesselton Pier and restaurants. The service lady on the second floor was very nice and excellent. My only complaint was that the front desk waited until 2:00 PM to check in, showing no concern for the guests. Also, the toothbrush provided in the room was very poor quality.

I booked two double rooms, but when I got there, one was on the 5th floor and the other on the 1st floor. They said there were rooms but the system wouldn't assign them, even on the same floor. There was a barbecue restaurant downstairs, or something. The room smelled like barbecue, and the bathroom was too slippery.

The room was great. A historic hotel on Gaya Street. It's very convenient for getting around. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. It's close to the Marina Mall and the market.

Very good service from the staffs and helpful too. Location is perfect with the surrounding of food and beverages along the road. On weekends, they have night market too. Very lively place to stay! Thank you.
