When we checked in on the first day, we felt that the carpet was a little wet, and there was a place near the window. Unexpectedly, mushrooms grew on the floor of the room on the fourth night. It was disgusting. Because there was only one night left before leaving, and there was the previous unpleasantness, we didn't go to them again. We put a towel on the floor and moved out quickly. Not to mention the other dirty things. The service was not good. My friend and I booked two rooms. At first, they were on the same floor. Later, the sink in my friend's room had a problem with water leakage. It was very slow. The staff took the raft for sucking the toilet to fix it, but of course it was not fixed. When asked to change rooms, they said that there was no room on the same floor, or they had to add 100 Malaysian ringgits a night to change to another room type. The key is that later we changed to a room on the 11th floor, which was also the same room type as she asked us to add 100, which means that she just wanted to cheat money. We stayed for 5 nights in total. I asked them to change us if there was no room on the same floor today, but they said it was fully booked. In fact, I saw many empty rooms when I went out the next morning. Not recommended at all! It's better to stay in a chain hotel. Or the Pacific Silk Hotel where we stayed for the next two days is also good, much cleaner and with a much better environment.
