From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The pool area was serene and well-maintained. I will definitely be returning!

The palace hotel has recently renovated. I also love the swimming pool, it comes with floaters. You can also choose to go hiking, it is well-maintained. Car park is very huge, another plus point for me as i am driving. Love every part of it. We stayed onthe 3rd floor.

The environment is very nice and the location is convenient. But the hot water comes very slowly and is very cold!!! It's almost warm water! The room service is not good (except for the room service). I asked for cleaning but no one came to clean. They just added water. If you can accept cold showers, you can stay here. It is not recommended for those who have requirements for water temperature!
