Unfortunately we need to cancel a single booking out of a two room booking. Due to the booking conditions we could not cancel a separate room. Talking to the reception they upgrade us. It was just a single night stay. It was acknowledged that we only need a single room instead of two due to a flight cancelation and a missing connection flight.

Advantages: There is a small beach by the sea, and the pool and scenery of the other two hotels are shared, with a good environment.

Sutera Harbour Resort and Sutera Harbour Hotel share a common harbor, so the view is great. If you take a private beach walk to the lobby of the building next door and listen to music and drink cocktails at night, the atmosphere is really great!
The building is old, so the hallway seems to have been remodeled, but when I opened the guest room door, there was a slight moldy smell from the carpet in the room.
The windows were not sealed, so the interior felt stuffy.
They also exchange dollars in the lobby, but it is more expensive than at the currency exchange outside the hotel.

Awesome service, friendly, supportive, kind and professional stuff. Fast and efficient, caring as well. Hotel is by the beach, their private part of the beach is clean and very lovely. Food is tasty, very fair price, different varieties, as well a la carte options are nice and cheap. Highly recommended. Very pleasant stay, location is perfect, activities, gym, golf, bar on the roof with awesome view, bar on the beach as well. Great stay, beds are comfortable, had a very good sleep as well. Thank you all for great experience, appreciation for all stuff members, from management, concierge, dinning stuff and receptionists - exceptional behavior and professionalism! Bravo! p.s.
