The room was old and had a strange smell as soon as you entered. The windows were completely sealed, so there was no way to get rid of the odor. The room cleaning service was very mediocre, just a quick tidy, not a thorough cleaning. The bath towels were not replaced after cleaning. After returning to the room, I called but they never delivered them, and the platform's call to intervene was never answered. The deposit refund was handled differently at the front desk, while the refund was directly processed at the nearby counter. We also had to scan and copy our passports when we went to get the deposit refunded at the counter, which is really incomprehensible.

A standard hotel, the kind that sends advance emails. Although it was peak tourist season in July, check-in and check-out were quick. I paid through Ctrip, and there were no extra charges on site. There were free drinks and small cakes in the lobby. The hotel has its own dock, so you can go island hopping, snorkeling, and more without having to go to other piers. It was very convenient. The cost of going out to sea from the hotel was not much, and it was about the same as what I booked on Ctrip. However, going out to sea directly from the hotel saved me a lot of time trying to find a group transfer. The hotel has scheduled departures, with multiple boat trips daily, which was very convenient. You could just dress up and go out without having to pack a lot of stuff, which was really convenient.
A special mention to the lovely housekeepers. They carefully placed my daughter's stuffed animal on the bed and tucked it in under a blanket. When we returned to the room, my daughter was so warm and happy. Thank you to these strangers who made our trip so touching.

First, the good: There's a small beach and ocean area perfect for kids to dig in the sand, and there's a golf course next door, giving it a resort-like feel. The bad part is the room facilities are outdated and uncomfortable. For example, there's only one shower head, mounted on the wall! (Such troublesome for children to bathe!) The king-size bed is also tiny, and the mattress is such an old Simmons mattress that the whole thing shakes with every movement! The pool is also incredibly strange, with shallow water just for a quick swim, which is incredibly frustrating! The buffet for dinner was a pitifully small 118 MR per person, and the only dishes were specifically designed for Koreans. Overall, the value for money is terrible. I won't be back.

The experience was good, but I had to go out quite far to eat. The hotel has a venue where you can play pickleball for a fee, and it's open until late. It's nice to watch the sunset on the beach of the hotel. Tanjong Aru Beach is beautiful, but there are too many people. There was a traffic jam on the way there and back.
