The hotel is in a good location, with a shopping mall next to it and a convenience store, restaurant and massage parlor downstairs. If you have heavy luggage, you will need to climb several stairs to get to the elevator. Although there are door cards for the public floors of the accommodation, some residents did not close the doors properly, leaving them half-open. The soundproofing of the room is not very good and the noise is easy to hear.
