Handicap friendly hotel with all the basic necessities.. super friendly staff for 3 night stays.. Will return for sure.. walking distance to the beach but didn't make it this time around..

The place is wonderful, my view in the morning from a lovely balcony is impossible to capture in a photo, the smell of a sea breeze and the sounds of birds everywhere. The rooms are very clean and beautiful, they capture the esthetics of the Kota Kinabalu. It is a minute away from the beautiful and vast beach, it is absolutely an underrated place. The staff is great, they have let me check in early, and also, there’s a luggage storage, so I was able to just bring a backpack to my outing trip for couple of days. Also, it is near the airport, which is a plus if you plan on traveling further in Sabah by local flights. Thank you very much for being a good host, O will choose this place again for sure! ☀️

Everything was terrible. Avoid booking this hotel. We had to leave. They put us in a room that was terrifying (110). The curtains were full of weird snags, the worst bathroom we've ever been in, even worse than public bathrooms, bird droppings on the walls, etc., and the lamps were covered in plastic, also full of dust and bugs everywhere. The only thing that looked clean were the sheets.
We complained, and they changed our room, which was a little better on the third floor, but it was also a disaster, with hair on the mirrors and the same as the other room on the walls, etc. We slept for a while since we arrived tired from a flight and were bitten by several bugs, so we decided to change hotels and not spend the night in this dump.
