Had a great stay at Klagan Hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. Only downside was the very slow check-in. Hope they can improve that.

We stay here for 4 nights. Personally so far so good in term of service,amenities, location and clealiness. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

紅眼航班半夜到達，衹住了幾個小時，後面換酒店，這個酒店應該是性價比之王了，驚喜是早上一打開窗户外面竟然是海唉！

We were given a beautiful room with a sea view. It was very large and very clean, with all the amenities to make us feel comfortable, including beautiful kimonos that were very comfortable for lounging around the hotel.
The breakfast was very complete and delicious. The entire staff was very friendly and made sure our stay was pleasant. We had a mishap with our flight and arrived early in the morning, and they treated us wonderfully. If we return to KK, we would stay here without hesitation. Highly recommended.

We were given a room facing the street, which was too noisy. There was a KTV across the street, and it didn't quiet down until after 3am every day.
