The staff would rate 10 out of 10. The guys are great, always smiling, always trying to help if you have questions. Very clean. The room was not big, there was not enough wardrobe for clothes, but otherwise it was just perfect. There were all the necessary hygiene products. The location is great. I recommend!

The staff was very friendly.
Supermarket and night market are nearby.
Restaurants and convenience stores are nearby.
20 minutes by Grab from the airport.
The room is clean and the amenities are perfect.
I stayed for 3 nights. They changed towels and water every day.
It would have been nice to have a refrigerator...
I would recommend it to everyone if you come to Kota Kinabalu.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center, everything is within walking distance. The room is tiny. The bed is comfortable. The towels are washed out, but clean. There are even towels for the face. There are hooks on the wall. It is located near a busy road. But the noise from the road did not bother me because of fatigue. It will do for one night. No animals were noticed. There is an elevator.

The location of the hotel is great and it is very convenient to get a taxi. The toilet has a bit of odor and you have to close the door. I will still book it next time I go to Kota Kinabalu

Please do not stay here! Noisy till the morning!! You can hear music from club and bar!! Really loud and guest next to our room was out loud too.
