직원들 친절하고 체크인시간보다 일찍 도착했는데 바로 체크인해줬어요. 다만 다른 호텔보다 샤워기필터가 빨리 오염되고 투숙기간에 수도공사중이라 하루는 수압이 좀 약한편이였습니다. 인피니티풀도 이쁘고 관리도 잘 하는 편이였고 M클럽에서 만들어준 칵테일도 맛있었어요.

The hotel is in a good location. There are shopping malls around within a 10-minute walk. It costs 9 MYR to take a taxi to the airport. There are Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, so communication is convenient. We were arranged a room on a high floor and on the side. Although we booked a city view room, we could see the sea. The soundproofing effect of the room is also good. The room is of a suitable size and clean. The hotel has a wide variety of gym equipment, and the outdoor infinity pool has good water quality without the smell of bleach. You can watch the sunset while swimming. The restaurant and bar terrace on the 15th floor is a good place to enjoy the scenery. The breakfast is also rich, but the taste is not Chinese. The whole stay experience is quite pleasant. It would be perfect if I hadn't pinched my finger on the plastic lounge chair by the pool. The lounge chair by the hotel pool is plastic, and the bracket behind the chair is aging. As soon as I lay on it, the backrest fell down. My hand happened to be placed next to it, and my finger was pinched red. It hurt for a while, but fortunately it was not serious. Because of the inconvenience of language communication with the swimming pool staff, I didn't go to them at the time, but this does need to be improved by the hotel.
