Sky Hotel

I seldom write reviews for hotels, but this one is really terrible, a very bad hotel, don't stay here. 1. The front desk was extremely unprofessional. We arrived at the hotel at about 6 o'clock in the morning and asked the front desk how much it would cost for early check-in. The front desk told us it would be 100 Malaysian ringgits, so we went out for a walk and planned to come back to me for early check-in if we were tired. I returned to the hotel around 8:30, but unexpectedly there was a different front desk. I asked the front desk for early check-in, and they said it would cost 100 Malaysian ringgits. I said OK, but after a while they changed their mind and said it would cost 150 Malaysian ringgits. Early check-in at 6:30 would cost 100 Malaysian ringgits, and at 8:30 it became 150 Malaysian ringgits again. I have an idea😅 2. We did not choose to check in early in the end, and went out to play again. We came back at around 2 o'clock and checked into the hotel normally. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strange smell, and the window could not be opened. We turned on the air conditioner for a long time before we could feel better. The sheets were very damp, the quilt looked like my grandma's mattress, the sofa was extremely dirty, the floor was also dirty, and the corners were dirty. 3. But I had to endure it. After all, I had already checked in and there was nothing I could do. What was even more bizarre was that this hotel seemed to have no cleaning service. Before we went out to play the next day, there were two dishes in the hotel that were not washed, and the cleaning staff did not clean them for us. What was even more outrageous was that I hung my underwear to dry before I left, and when I came back I found that my underwear had fallen to the ground. I thought it fell because I did not hang it up properly, and I wanted to pick it up, but found that it was pressed under the foot of a stool. The hotel wrote that there is a laundry room in the facilities, but when I asked the front desk, they said there is no laundry room. It seems like a scam hotel. The current rating of 4.1 is considered high. This kind of hotel would not even get 3 points in China.

2nd time staying at z sleep..seriously very good..the room is very spacious and clean..the room is beautiful and the staff is very friendly..for the room deposit you can cash Malaysian ringgit no problem..the location is very strategic with central mall and 900m walk to asean night bazaar and close to makro mall too..parking for cars is provided by the hotel..only this hotel does not provide iron and iron board..
