wall mounted aircond controller not working, very noisy even past midnight, every night. ppl in and out the room talking loudly and heavy footsteps, staffs hangout by corridor chitchatting, my sleep was disrupted many times. requested for room service to clean trash, didn't happen. good things i like are its great location and easy parking. i managed to park right at the front entrance most of the time, making unload and loading of luggages very darn convenient.

Book room with window but when check in got no window otherwise still a comfortable hotel to stay.

I would rate this hotel 5 out 5 because for me it is really comfortable for me and also very clean and worth it for me . The location is also really strategic.

Hotel location City centre. Service and receptionist unfriendly. Pillows need to upgrade. Bedrooms tiles to dirty and please using wax machine to clean.

Cockroaches, spiders, a bit dirty, but it'll do, there's a shower, hot water, okay, there's warm water, but you could hear the washing all night

The room is not clean, there is a little dust. But the best location. Less than 5 minutes walk to Center Point mall. Many restaurants nearby, just walking distance. Good and friendly service. There is a steam iron that is almost broken and leaking in the lobby, please replace it with a new one for safety and comfort.

The rating takes into account the room price. The location is central and considering the room price, it's enough if you can sleep. If you want a more comfortable stay, you can pay more. It's suitable for short-term luggage storage and backpackers.

Speechless. The window can't be closed due to problems! The renovation building next door is very noisy and the noise is very loud! There is also a bar street at night, which is open for a long time and the sound system is on until 3 o'clock in the morning
