Cockroach everywhere, water leaking , far from town, dirty . All facility are old and not being function well. The house feel like *******. Dangerous when drive to villa during nighttime as no street light.

Location was alright if you look for a nice and quiet beach but can be very inconvenient if you don’t have a car. There’s nothing nearby unless you drive for at least 15 mins to some local cafes.
The check in process was confusing and I got a bit sus on them. You have to contact them multiple times through whatsapp and they barely reply. They kept asking for bank card details for the sake of security deposit and had been dragging out with the check in details if you had any basic sense of personal financial security.
I was told the room will be ready at 5ish pm and only got the check in details around 8pm. This is way beyond disappointing for check in time standard.
The room was very disappointing. We saw 4 cockroaches and 2 lizards only 20 mins after we checked in. The facilities are very old and barely functioning, it reeks of off and rotten waste. We booked another hotel near the city right after as we couldn’t sleep in that room. Unfortunately they refused to refund us anything even though the room was empty for 4 days.
So think twice before you book this place fellas.

It's a place full of memories for our family.
This is already our third time here.
It's such a shame that breakfast and reception are gone and it's changed to self-check-in & check-out like Airbnb.
Sunbeds are no longer provided.
However, I was able to ask questions and get answers through real-time chat with the friendly staff through Watchap, so I was able to relax comfortably.
It's quite far from the city center, so if you're looking for a comfortable rest, this is a place I'd like to recommend.

We stayed at the seafront pool villa. Location was excellent in front of the beach, with sunset view. The morning was peaceful. We absolutely loved the private pool quite spacious, they also have children pools. Self-check in was easy & convenient. Otherwise, cleanliness is acceptable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at BBV, spacious villa with private pool.
