The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. There was no agent present to assist, and the condominium security guard was unable to help due to management procedures. When I contacted the homestay, I was instructed to wait outside the mailroom until another resident happened to enter, which was inconvenient and unprofessional. Basic amenities such as an iron and ironing board were not provided. Initially, the owner was reluctant to supply them, despite these being standard essentials for any homestay. Additionally, the lack of clear check-in instructions resulted in me being penalized by the management for parking on the wrong level. The overall cleanliness and condition of the property were also below expectation. The floor was dirty with visible hair, the kitchen utensils and sink were unclean and emitted an unpleasant odor, the air-conditioning was not cooling effectively, and some lights were not functioning. Overall, this homestay did not meet the standards of comfort, cleanliness, and service that guests should reasonably expect. I would not recommend this property.
