Prime Location, Great Amenities (Mostly!), and Helpful Owner
My recent stay at Ber-Santai at Marina Court had many positives, starting with its unbeatable location. Being right in Marina Court puts you steps away from the vibrant waterfront and a huge variety of dining options. The convenience of a 24-hour mini-market and McDonald's within walking distance was also a plus. The apartment itself was a comfortable and spacious retreat, impeccably clean and equipped with all the necessities, including a lovely balcony and the convenience of both Unifi internet and in-unit WiFi. The sunset views from the room were truly breathtaking. The owner was also incredibly responsive and helpful, even resolving an AC issue with a prompt replacement.
One area that was disappointing was the swimming pool, which unfortunately appeared to be unmaintained and therefore unusable during our stay.
Despite the issue with the pool, the prime location, comfortable apartment, excellent internet, stunning views, and helpful owner made for a largely positive experience. I would still recommend Ber-Santai at Marina Court, but it's worth noting the current state of the pool.

Cleanliness - There were cockroaches, geckos, cobwebs and lots of ants in the house. On the last night I discovered an ant nest in the house. (I hope the owner will find out and clean it up as soon as possible)  Location - Convenient access. You can ask grab to drive into the housing estate and go downstairs. There are convenience stores, shopping malls, massage parlors and seafood restaurants nearby, and there is a shop in the housing estate.
Service - We didn't have many requests but asked for a late check-out. The owner was very nice and allowed us to check out at 2:30 at the latest. Thank you!
Facilities - The place is huge! Three bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms. He has everything he needs: a refrigerator, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a cooking stove, a rice cooker, plates, a spoon, a fork...
(There are 5 of us renting for 5 days. 3 of us were not here for the whole 3 days because they were traveling to Shenshan Mountain. The other 2 people often go there to play. Our purpose of renting is to store our luggage because the space is relatively large.)
